About

Greg Sadetsky is a senior Python and JavaScript developer with substantial experience in full-stack development, rapid prototyping, and project management. He approaches projects creatively and thrives on innovation.

After co-founding a web mapping startup that was sold to Apple, with customers that included Google, Microsoft, and MSNBC, Greg applied computer vision to multiple sclerosis research while earning his Master of Science at a neuroscience institute.

Greg has worked as a freelance software developer at Hautelook, McGraw-Hill, Verizon, and others. He has also taught Python and Django to IT professionals from Salesforce and Cisco.

Greg has been awarded the United States Coast Guard Distinguished Public Service Award for his custom mapping work during Hurricane Harvey (read more about it here). His mapping software was used again during Hurricanes Florence and Michael.

Greg recently created Chops, a music making app. He also co-founded and served as the CTO at Decibel Ads.
